📋 16,500 new listings ↓ 14.4% YoY
💰 Average price: $1,006,409 ↓ 5.1% YoY
🏢 Average GTA condo price: $634,972 ↓ 7.5% YoY*

Buyers have more negotiating power and improved affordability, while sellers need to be strategic with pricing and prepared for longer market times.
