Some homes seem to sell effortlessly, but there’s usually a lot happening behind the scenes.

37 Havelock St officially closed today, and it was a great reminder that in a market where buyers have choices, the homes that stand out are the ones that are prepared, presented, and marketed intentionally.

No two homes are the same, but every property has something that makes it special. My job is figuring out what that is and making sure buyers see it.

Summer always feels a little different in real estate.

Things slow down, people head to cottages, vacations take priority, and the market settles into a different rhythm. Some neighbourhoods are still very competitive, while others are taking a little longer. It’s a city of micro-markets, just like I always say.

For me, this summer is a bit quieter than usual as I get ready to welcome baby #2 in a few weeks. ❤️

I’m still actively working with my clients and keeping a close eye on what’s happening across the city, just with the help of a stellar team behind me.

21 Bridlewood Blvd was a special sale. After more than 30 years in the same family, it was important to find the right fit for both the seller and the next owners.

We had strong activity, multiple offers, and lots of interest from the start. While the first round of offers wasn’t quite where we needed to be, we stayed patient, kept the conversations going, and ultimately came together on a deal that made everyone happy.
