This sale was incredibly emotional. We had to say farewell, but definitely not goodbye, to our family friends and the home next door to my Mom, Sister and Brother in Law that had been a part of our lives for so many years.

It was right outside in those gardens that I was married. During the COVID years, it also became the centre of everyone being able to socialize together from a distance. When I tell you, the amount of tears shed by everyone watching my listing film...

We all feel so lucky to have found buyers who complement the community so perfectly. Coincidentally in the same industry as my clients, creative, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely good hearted people.

Went to June on Cambie earlier this week with wonderful new friends to celebrate the purchase of their first home together.

You enter through these dark velvet drapes into one of the moodiest, most intimate dining rooms. The kind of place that lets you slow down and actually hear each other. Rare to find these days.

The food was wonderful. French meets West Coast. When they recommend something, just say yes. Even the honey glazed sticky brioche buns they suggested alongside the "Pasta for Rachel" felt like a standout dish on its own.

Best words to describe our entire experience: Rich, buttery, seasonal, fresh and elegant.

Highly recommend visiting

This one was a fun journey with lots of laughs and a lot of joy.

In the end, we found a home that made Mom happy with the location, and my client happy with the space for her piano and endless book collection. We even had our very own book exchange on possession day.

Real meaningful connections like these are my favourite part of what I do.
