As for Sushi Hyun, a Michelin starred omakase that leans into restraint and precision. Edomae style, ingredient driven, and extremely intentional with temperature. Nothing overworked, nothing unnecessary. Just a quiet confidence to each course that builds as the tasting unfolds. Highly recommend.
