We’re sitting at a 12.6% sales-to-listing ratio
➡️ Balanced to slightly buyer-leaning market

💰 Prices (year-over-year):

🏢 Condos: ⬇️ 6.8%
🏘️ Townhomes: ⬇️ 5.6%
