When the company started a dozen years ago, we specialized in unique lofts and living spaces but have since graduated to full-house renovation as well as new construction. We are also currently renovating nightclubs and bars, restaurants and cafes, sound studios and other small to mid-size commercial projects. A few noteworthy items:
• Our estimates with a not-to-exceed budget are super-detailed, easy to read and are just the first step of our transparent financial package.
• We value open and honest communication, always providing complete confidentiality.
• Our work is guaranteed for one year (craftsmanship and installation).
• Our diligent crew shows up on time, knowledgeable, equipped and eager to do their best work for you. They leave your place livable at the end of each day and at the end of the job, leave you amazed at what they’ve accomplished.

✨ Meet Dominic — or Dom, as we like to call him! ✨

Dom joined the Refine & Design team just one year ago, and he’s already become one of those guys that clients and managers are ready to arm wrestle over for their next project! 💪😂

Born and raised in the UK, Dom holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has lived and worked in five different countries before finding his true home in Vancouver. 🌎

Always passionate about working with his hands, Dom made the leap from engineering and technical roles into carpentry — turning his love of building into a career. Today, he takes real pride in creating high-end custom work and seeing happy clients at the end of each project. 🔨✨

When he’s not on site, you’ll find Dom trail running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, playing volleyball with friends, or practicing piano. 🎿🚵‍♂️🎹
