Your 30-Day Lead Nurture Shouldn’t Send the Same Message 10 Times
A good real estate nurture sequence should evolve as the prospect evolves.
The goal isn’t to keep asking:
❌ “Are you still interested?”
❌ “Just checking in.”
❌ “Are you ready to buy or sell yet?”
Every interaction should either reduce uncertainty, provide useful information, or make the next step easier.
Here’s a practical 30-day approach:
đź“… Day 1: Acknowledge + Clarify
Respond to the original inquiry, provide something immediately useful, and ask one simple question to better understand what the prospect needs.
📅 Days 3–7: Add Local Value
Share relevant listings, neighbourhood information, property options or resources connected to their original interest.
📅Days 8–14: Help Them Compare
Provide useful comparisons—property types, neighbourhoods, buying options or considerations that help them narrow their decision.
📅 Days 15–21: Remove Uncertain
Address the questions or concerns preventing the prospect from moving forward. Make the information specific to what you’ve already learned about them.
📅 Days 22–30: Reassess the Timeline
Find out whether their plans have changed.
Are they:
🔥 Ready to take action?
🌤️ Still researching?
📆 Several months away?
⏸️ Better suited to long-term nurture?
Update the CRM and adjust the next follow-up accordingly.
The mistake is treating a nurture sequence like a countdown until someone finally says yes.
A stronger system treats it as an ongoing conversation:
Listen → Add Value → Learn → Adapt → Make the Next Step Easier
By Day 30, you should know more about the prospect than you did on Day 1—and your messaging should show it.
Good nurturing creates continuity, not pressure.
