One of the best pieces of career advice I can give young people:
Stop obsessing over titles or how reputable the startup is and focus on proximity to learning.The right startup will teach you more in 2 years than some companies will in 10. Strategically build assets while you build skills (think compounding your amounts of money you set aside from each paycheck or startup shares and when they vest). Then invest into real estate to build your net worth while serving other purposes such as shelter (we all need that 😏) and leverage that to forge other possibilities down the line.
