When it comes to creating a listing video, there are a few things to consider! One is you definitely want to highlight the property the best you can to make a viewer see it and fall in love with it and want to view it in person. The second thing you want to do is highlight the neighbourhood to give them a sense and feel of where they could be living and where they could spend their free time. The third is you want to make the Realtor look incredibly professional at all times! This is something I focus on every single shoot and it’s my job to make every listing look as good as I can, and each Realtor to be as professional, charming, charismatic, and to stand out.
