Yesterday was a very special and bittersweet workout with my training group at the Crystal Pool. ❤️💪

For our final session in our cozy workout den, Chris put us through a full-blast workout, and I somehow squatted 165 pounds! 🏋️‍♀️💥

Thank you, Chris, for always challenging and encouraging us. We finished, as always, with one big group high five. 🙌

Today is the final day the Crystal Pool will be open before this location closes to make way for the new facility. My family and I have been coming here for more than 30 years for lessons, swimming, workouts, and countless family memories. It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that has been such a big part of our lives. ❤️

Thankfully, this isn’t the end for our training group! We’ll be taking our workouts outdoors through October and November before eventually moving to the temporary pool at the old YMCA.

Here’s to old memories, new adventures, strong friendships, and staying strong wherever our workouts take us next! 💪❤️
