Lining up your purchase with the sale of your own place isn’t easy. The keys to making it happen are to:

1. Prepare your own property ahead of time - don’t wait to de-clutter
2. Get all the marketing (photos, floor plans, videos) done as soon as possible
3. Price your own property appropriately - you have a limited window to sell your place with a subject to sale, so make sure the price is based off comparable listings and sales
