JUNE MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Victoria real estate market remained balanced in June, with buyers continuing to benefit from more choice as inventory gradually increases. 🏡 While sales were slightly lower than this time last year, the market continues to offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• 719 properties sold, 5.5% fewer than in June 2025.
• Active listings increased 7.3% year over year, giving buyers more options.
• The benchmark price for a single-family home in the Victoria Core was $1,326,500.
