AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Victoria real estate market continued to show steady momentum in August, with sales activity stronger than we've seen in five years and inventory remaining at healthy levels. 🏡 Buyers continue to have time to evaluate their options, while well-priced and well-presented homes are attracting the strongest interest.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 12.6% higher than last August.
• There were 1.7% more active listings than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for a single family home was $1,301,800.
