Three cities in four days. I canāt say it hit Eras Tour levels, but it sure felt like the start of a new one for me.
Four intense, fun, and fulfilling days with Rich, Dana, and Steph bringing ideas and insights to our members and guests in Burnaby, Calgary, and Edmonton. It was my first multi-city run, and let me tell you, I have a whole new appreciation for the people who live out of a suitcase for a living.
Watching Rich work was an education in itself. Same presentation, different city, subtle adjustments each time.
It was a masterclass in reading the room.
Watching Dana roll up her sleeves at 5 am to set up, be a super host, tear down, and do it all again the next day was awe-inspiring.
And getting time with my co-coach Steph at the first two stops led to some great laughs and even better ideas on how we can help our clients move forward in uncertain times.
To the members in the room ā seriously, you crushed it. Your willingness to share openly in the masterminds, even with peers from your own market, is the hallmark of what makes this coaching community so special.
My presentation got sharper each time I delivered it, and Rich gave me some helpful feedback, both complimentary and constructive, on how to make an even bigger impact next time. I guess this new era is as much about learning as it is about teaching. And Iām here for all of it.
I have a month at home full of coaching sessions and an AI workshop before we hit the road again in June for our Members Retreat in Quebec City. I plan to make the most of every minute of it.
And by the way, Alberta is cold this time of year š„¶
