SEPTEMBER STATS | VICTORIA REAL ESTATE BOARD 🏡📊

For the first time since January 2015, Greater Victoria has tipped into a buyer’s market territory, BUT, one month doesn’t make a trend, and it’s still too early to know if this is a longer-term shift.

🏘️ Buyers have choice, they’re watching prices and seeing where adjustments are happening.

✨ For sellers, pricing right from the start, presenting well and marketing properly matter more than ever. Starting high just to “see what happens” can be a tough strategy in this market.

And yes, there are still neighbourhoods and properties seeing multiple offers when the price and property are right.
