Here’s a little something about me that has nothing to do with real estate…🍪

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve always loved to bake. It’s my happy place and it somehow makes me feel at peace.

Okay, now for the real estate part. Yesterday, before a second showing, I drove to my listing and popped a tray of cookies in the oven (yes I am serious). Did it guarantee an offer? Of course not. But if it made the home feel a little warmer and more inviting, then it was worth it.

And yes…I’ve been shamelessly eating the cookie dough my entire life. Some things never change.

Okay… apparently I’m incapable of “just leaving it.” 😂

Found this console table in the house of this upcoming listing, added a few pieces from my “just in case” staging stash at home, and suddenly the entrance needed a little moment✨

This house is mostly empty with just a few pieces left here and there, so any small touches I can add to make it feel warmer and more inviting, I will. It probably just needs a rug now… but I might let that one be.

Those little staging details, when a full stage isn’t feasible, really do make a difference. At least to me they do🤍
