July's Victoria real estate numbers are in, and the market continues to find a steady rhythm.

The June market update is live, and there is a lot worth knowing right now. Inventory across Greater Victoria is at a multi-year high, condo sales are down nearly 27% year over year, and townhome sales jumped 25% compared to last June. The Peninsula continues to hold its value better than most of the region.
