The spring market has officially arrived, and buyers are finally in the driver's seat.

While overall sales were down 5.9% compared to last May, activity increased nearly 11% from April, showing that buyers are actively entering the market.

🏠 Single-Family Homes: 385 sold (-4%)
🏢 Condos: 188 sold (-14.9%)
🏘️ Townhomes: 98 sold (+8.9%)
Despite changing market conditions, home values have remained relatively stable:
💰 Victoria Core Single-Family Benchmark: $1,339,000 (+0.3% year-over-year)
💰 Victoria Core Condo Benchmark: $551,400 (-1.9% year-over-year)
