SOLD. Another Thorold homeowner gets to turn the page.
63 Sullivan Avenue, Thorold is officially SOLD.
There’s a funny thing about selling a house.
To everyone driving past, it’s a SOLD sign.
To the people who lived there, it’s years of mornings, evenings, Christmases, renovations, arguments over paint colours, and a thousand ordinary moments that somehow become memories.
And then one day, the sign goes up.
SOLD.
My job is to make sure everything between *“We’re thinking about selling” and those three letters is handled properly.
That means understanding the Thorold real estate market, positioning the property where buyers will actually notice it, creating the right exposure, negotiating when it counts, and keeping the deal moving when things inevitably get interesting.
63 Sullivan Avenue is now in the books.
Congratulations to my sellers, and congratulations to the new owners. I hope the house is as good to you as it was to the people who called it home before you.
If you're thinking about selling a home in Thorold, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, Fort Erie or anywhere across the Niagara Region, I'm always happy to have a conversation about what your home is worth and what it will take to sell it.
No sales pitch. No nonsense.
Just an honest conversation about your options.
Another Niagara home sold. Another set of keys changing hands. That's the business. And I love doing it.
