Your furnace has probably been working overtime all winter here in the Okanagan. And every time it runs, the air in your home passes through one small but very important thing… your furnace filter.

It might not be glamorous, but that little filter is doing a lot of heavy lifting:

A little late posting this one, but this lovely home is officially sold and getting ready to welcome its new family this week.

This sale was a "slow and steady wins the race" kind of story. We hosted multiple open houses along the way, and one of them ended up being the one that mattered. The buyer’s mom walked in, took one look around, and immediately knew it was the perfect place for her daughter. And just like that… everything came together.

I say this all the time, but open houses are not dead. I’m a huge believer in them and make a point of hosting as many as possible for my listings. In fact, my last 4 listings have all sold to buyers who first walked through the door at an open house. You just never know who is going to come through.

I’m so happy for my seller, who has moved back home and is off to her next chapter. Thank you for trusting me to help you through this process — it was truly a pleasure.
