I am coming up to my anniversary date of when I started in Real Estate, many years ago. So to my younger self in Real Estate.

1. Find your niche. You will know it when you find it because you wont have to chase this business, it will chase you.
2.People use all sorts of titles but you are a Salesperson. The place in free enterprise where dreams become come true.
3. Be honest, be transparent. If you dont you will grow to dislike the person staring back in the mirror and know the juice is not worth the squeeze.
4.Save and invest when times are good, they dont last forever. 5.Keep your EGO under control. The awards are a great celebration but the people you help are the thing that lasts. 6.Exercise dailey and stay away from alcohol, drugs and overeating. If you want to be a sales athlete, these are not for you. ( In twenty five years you will really get this)
7. Dont compare yourself to other people. Do whats important to you.
8.Get a dog. Dogs never lie and they will get you out for a walk in the morning.
9. Have fun, succeed and remember that its not all about you.
