September brought a slower, more price-sensitive market across Windsor-Essex.

Residential inventory is sitting at approximately 4.8 months of supply, giving buyers more choice and more time to compare their options. For sellers, pricing and presentation continue to play an important role in getting a home sold.

The condo market remains more challenging, with approximately 7.2 months of inventory, despite an improvement in sales activity during September.

The market is still moving — but buyers are being selective, and strategy matters.
