Helping a single mom move one step closer to homeownership means more to me than closing a deal 💕

From wedding day… to homeownership. 💚🏡

Years ago, I had the privilege of doing the bride’s hair and makeup for one of the most special days of their lives.

Fast forward to today, and it was an honor to help them find a place to call home.. this time with their little one by their side, Dodong!!

I knew this home had so much potential for them, so I kept it on my radar. Once the offer date passed, we moved fast and got to work!

It turned into a unique transaction with a few price adjustments along the way, but I stayed focused on negotiating the best possible outcome for them. And yes… I’m Filipino, so of course I had to tawad 😄

Seeing their journey from newlyweds to growing their family, and now helping them with this milestone, is truly a full-circle moment.

After months of house hunting, countless showings, and losing out in multiple bidding wars, I got to know exactly what my clients were looking for.. not just in a home, but in the lifestyle they wanted to build.

There was one particular home I had been keeping a close eye on because I felt it checked so many of their boxes. Once the offer date had passed and the home was still available, I reached out to them right away.

They loved it, and because there wasn’t a bidding war, they were able to focus on whether it was truly the right home not on how much extra they needed to pay to compete.

I never pressure my clients into making a decision. My role is to listen, understand their goals, and provide guidance when the right opportunity comes along.
