As of August 1st, Century 21 Prospect Realty is officially in the property management business! We're managing six apartment buildings, formerly owned by Northview, in downtown Yellowknife.

Over the next two years we'll be managing an ambitious schedule of renovations and improvements to units and building envelopes. But we can't do it alone! We need the help of building maintenance technicians!

It was a busy weekend in Yellowknife, with the annual Ramble & Ride Festival taking place in Old Town.

This annual event brings together artists, musicians, small vendors, local businesses and organizations. The weekend is filled with music on every corner, and art displays throughout. It is the perfect family friendly event.
