PROJECT 016 — La Fustera, Benissa Costa

De la visión a la realidad.

La primera imagen muestra el render original. La segunda revela la villa terminada, exactamente donde debía estar: integrada en el paisaje mediterráneo de La Fustera.

Un proyecto exitoso no consiste únicamente en construir una vivienda. Consiste en mantener la visión, las proporciones, los materiales y el carácter que dieron forma a la idea inicial. Ver cómo un diseño pasa de ser un concepto digital a convertirse en un hogar real siempre es un momento especial.

Líneas arquitectónicas limpias, amplios espacios exteriores, grandes ventanales y una conexión fluida entre interior y exterior dan forma a una villa pensada para disfrutar durante todo el año.

Enjoying your swimming pool all year round is possible.

Many of our clients choose to incorporate a heated automatic pool cover during the construction process to extend the swimming season as much as possible.

Our preferred solution is an automatic cover integrated inside the pool itself, hidden within a concealed compartment and finished with the same mosaic as the rest of the pool. When open, it becomes virtually invisible, preserving the clean architectural lines of the outdoor space.

We also recommend solar polycarbonate slats, which can naturally increase the water temperature by several degrees during spring and autumn, often reducing the need to use the heat pump.

A perfect combination of design, efficiency and comfort, allowing you to enjoy your pool for much longer throughout the year.

Disfrutar de la piscina durante todo el año es posible.

Muchos de nuestros clientes deciden incorporar una cubierta automática climatizada durante el proceso de construcción para alargar al máximo la temporada de baño.

Nuestra solución favorita es una cubierta integrada dentro de la propia piscina, oculta en un cajón escondido y revestida con el mismo mosaico que el resto del vaso. Cuando está recogida, prácticamente desaparece visualmente, manteniendo la limpieza arquitectónica del conjunto.

También recomendamos lamas solares de policarbonato, capaces de aumentar varios grados la temperatura del agua durante primavera y otoño aprovechando únicamente la energía solar, reduciendo en muchos casos el uso de la bomba de calor.

Una combinación perfecta de diseño, eficiencia y confort para disfrutar de la piscina durante mucho más tiempo a lo largo del año.

Last Friday, our clients officially signed the contract for Project 515 – Cantabria 16, and we couldn’t be more excited to start bringing their dream home to life.
