At Pink Property Ltd, we're an independent agency expanding our portfolio across East Yorkshire. As we continue to develop, we're looking for someone reliable, confident, and detail-driven to play a key role in maintaining standards across our properties.

This isn't just admin - it's a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to represent the business out on-site.

🧾 What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting property visits and producing detailed inventory reports 🏡
Identifying maintenance issues and clearly distinguishing landlord vs tenant responsibilities
Providing confident, fair, and professional feedback following inspections
Supporting the lettings and sales team with day-to-day admin 💻
Handling calls and emails professionally 📞📬
Keeping client records accurate and up to date 📊
Booking appointments and managing calendars 🗓️

🤝 You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
✔️ Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
✔️ Are confident working independently and visiting properties alone
✔️ Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in high-quality reporting
✔️ Can assess situations fairly and make sound judgements
✔️ Are confident advising landlords and tenants — and won't be easily swayed under pressure
✔️ Have excellent written English and can produce clear, professional reports
✔️ Have admin or property experience (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Are flexible and available for occasional evening and weekend work
