Angus Housing Association is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our Property Management Team.

📍 Location: Arbroath ( relocation to Monifieth in 2027)
⏰ Hours: 35 per week
💼 Salary: £41,763 – £46,404 + Essential User Car Allowance

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing around 500 homes across Angus and Dundee, helping us deliver high-quality housing and services to our tenants.

✅ We’re looking for someone with:

🔸Experience in the construction sector
🔸Site supervision or quality control experience
🔸Strong communication and IT skills
🔸A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

🙌 Representing Tenant Voices at TPAS Scotland Conference

Our Tenant Participation Team Lead, Lydia Banks, is attending the annual TPAS Scotland Annual Conference – joined by Jacqueline Martin and Bryan Morris from our Tenants Voice Group.

For those not aware, TPAS stands for Tenant Participation Advisory Service - a national Scottish organisation that supports both tenants and landlords to work together and improve housing service.

It’s a great opportunity to connect, learn and share ideas with others across Scotland, all with the aim of strengthening tenant participation and ensuring our tenants’ voices continue to shape the services we provide.

We look forward to bringing back new insights and ideas to support our tenants and communities 💬
