Lead pipes were used up until 1970 to connect properties to mains water and the lead dissolves into the drinking water over time.

A good spot for a client on a recent level 3 survey in the North West. 🌱 🌿⛔️

This gutter has its own ecosystem and as a result every time it rains (which is a lot here!☔️) the rainwater overflows down the walls.

Rainwater flowing down walls can cause serious issues with penetrating damp and cavity wall tie failure which can cost £0000’s to repair!

You should clear out your gutters annually to prevent build ups like this.

This cold water tank in the loft supplies cold water to the bathroom and the toilet cisterns.
The tank has no lid and this can allow debris, contaminants and even vermin to enter the tank. 🐀 😬
