Callout to a burst pipe in a cellar, plumbers had been in and cut off the water and repairs starting next week. Customer was getting a wet-vac in and got our D-humidifier to work straight away. Due to the cold condition they also opted to hire our heating fans to bring the temp up and circulate the air better to assist the dehumidifier.

Customer had a burst pipe in their roof. Joint moisture was 32%. These should normally be around 14% max. Two units put in for a week to dry out the space. Fresh plasterboard in and the joints now a bone dry 0%.

This was within Aberdeen city so there was no extra charge for the delivery same day. No callout fees just hire and go.

Customer called needing a unit as they had a leak from their porch into their kitchen.

Unit was dropped off and setup by ourselves however this can be done yourself as it's just plug in and go.

Customer had the unit for a week and the room was back to a healthy humidity and they got someone out to fit the loose tile that was causing the issue.

This was within Portlethen so there was no extra charge for the delivery same day. No callout fees just hire and go.
