This dilapidated spot in Berwick, the only part we saved was the front facade!
3 new homes, in a historic part of the town, the gable actually sits on the original town walls! Requiring permission from historic England to work there!
Confined site, terrible access, compliance strict, outcome - success!

Lovely to see the local wildlife enjoying Spittal Quay ❤️
We love watching these guys stand motionless patiently for hours waiting for prey. They have a 6’ wingspan and live for up to 20 years! Herons are a true local gem ❤️
Meanwhile a local also waits patiently on the car rock! A well loved local spot for family’s to go crabbing and fishing.
On site we are approaching a very exciting time 🎉🎉🎉 the final decking has begun to be fitted on the jetty 🤩
It is looking fantastic in the beautiful morning sunshine!
We cannot wait for the big reveal 🙌🙌🙌
