We are proud to announce the opening of our new regional office in Marlborough, marking the next stage in the growth of GRIGGS Bespoke and extending our presence across the South West and surrounding counties.

Since 1968, GRIGGS has built a reputation for creating exceptional homes, combining outstanding craftsmanship with a highly personal approach to every project.

Our new Marlborough office will allow us to bring that same experience and standard of delivery to more clients, architects and consultants across the region, while building new relationships within an area we are incredibly excited to become part of.

A significant milestone for Cowley-on-the-Hill.

Following an extensive consultation process, we are delighted to have submitted a hybrid planning application to Hertsmere Borough Council.

The proposals will deliver 154 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable, alongside a care home providing up to 80 beds.

We are particularly pleased that the proposals will provide SHEMA with a new purpose-built synagogue and a permanent home, supporting its community for generations to come.

More than 40% of the site will be dedicated to publicly accessible open space. The scheme will also create new and improved walking and cycling connections and deliver improvements to the local road network, encouraging more sustainable ways to travel.

The application builds on the established principle of residential development, with a resolution to grant planning permission already in place for 58 homes on the site.

Reaching this stage has been a truly collaborative effort. We would like to thank our professional project team for their hard work, together with everyone who has contributed throughout the consultation process.

We look forward to working with Hertsmere Borough Council, the local community and other stakeholders as the application progresses.

As padel continues to grow in popularity across the UK, more clients are choosing to incorporate private courts into their Bespoke homes.

Progress continues on our riverside project in Hampton Wick.

Since our last update, the basement has been fully excavated and the reinforced concrete slab is now being poured.

Another important milestone in the construction of this exceptional 9,000 sq ft home overlooking the River Thames.
