The is a great two bedroom detached bungalow set in a peaceful location of Poole, BH17. The seller was an old customer from about three years when I sold his apartment in Wimborne. It turns out that they originally when with a similar agent to me, however pictures and communication were poor. I keep hearing these type of comments far to often, making sure the advert looks the best you can is key and once you’ve won the business definitely keep the customer updated regularly.

Three completed properties: Rushmere Road (West Southborne), Ringwood Road (Ferndown) and Rossmore Road (Parkstone).

This chain took much longer than expected as I had to rebuild the chain at the bottom. So despite all of this, I kept every seller and buyer updated, with good or bad news so that no one was left in the dark. We all finally completed last Friday, with everyone very happy and relieved.

Got called out by a repeat customer of ours today in Ringwood, they’ve had a blocked drain since Saturday and been let down by “Homeserve” twice!! 🤬

We had it unblocked and de-scaled within an hour. 😃

This one was great for me as I now have a complete chain of three. Original this property was on with another agent, however because of a lack in communication after agreeing the sale, it fell apart. My new customers had no hesitation in instructing me because they only have to deal with one person and I’m available seven days a week!
