🎉Seeing the scaffold rise is a milestone in itself, and we cannot wait to watch this iconic seafront landmark regain the elegance it deserves.

Not the prettiest part of a project… but one of the most important. 🏗️

Ever wondered what these are?

These are scaffold ties – they temporarily secure the scaffold to the building, ensuring it remains stable and safe throughout the project, particularly in coastal locations where wind loading is a major consideration.

Yes, they do leave small holes where they’re fixed into the masonry, but these are professionally made good, filled and redecorated as part of the contract before the scaffold is removed.

It’s one of those details that often goes unnoticed, but it’s essential for keeping contractors, residents and the public safe while major works are underway.

ELEVEN SITE VISITS TODAY… 😅🏗️

Major works are well underway across our portfolio, and we’re on track to be one of the first buildings in Brunswick Square to have the scaffolding removed and the external redecoration completed. ✨

Days like these remind us why proactive project management matters. From early morning site inspections to coordinating contractors and ensuring the highest standards are maintained, every visit keeps our historic buildings moving one step closer to completion.

That’s a wrap for today… now to recharge before round two of site visits tomorrow! ☕🏛️
