An experiential lunchtime session brought to you by Eagle Labs and led James and Nicki Lambert that works on multiple levels - body, breath and being. Combining the ancient heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao with the transformative power of somatic breath-work, it offers a rare opportunity to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with who you really are beneath the noise of daily life over your lunch break.

What to Expect

Part One: The Cacao Introduction

We open with a hands-on demonstration of how to prepare Full Power Ceremonial Cacao - sourced with intention and used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine. James, a trained cacao facilitator, will walk you through the preparation, share the science and spirit behind its benefits, and invite you to taste and feel its effects before the breath-work begins.

Part Two: Somatic Breath-work Journey

Nicki Lambert, founder of Return to Radiance and a trained breathwork coach specialising in somatic trauma release, will guide you through a 30-minute breathwork session drawing on multiple techniques to regulate and restore the nervous system.

Why This Matters

At the heart of James's work — through The Free Man and Engage to Succeed — is a simple but profound belief: Love your LIFE... More... Every Day. That doesn't happen by accident. It requires tools, practices, and the willingness to come back to yourself.

This session is one of those tools.

Whether you are carrying stress, disconnection, or simply the weight of a busy life, cacao and breathwork offer a way through - not by pushing harder, but by pausing, breathing, and returning to self.

A light lunch will be provided.

"Fantastic yet again from the Grow Strong team. I learned so much and have so much to take away with me."

Feedback like this never gets old.

This week we delivered our third Stay Smart, Grow Strong workshop - Smart Finance with Chris Barnard at the beautiful De La Warr Pavilion.

What we're most proud of isn't just the 5⭐ feedback. It's seeing business owners attend one workshop and then book onto another. That's the biggest sign that the programme is making a difference.

What an incredible evening at our inaugural Inside Leadership event 🌟

Last night, 80+ industry leaders, business people and entrepreneurs joined us at PLATF9RM to hear from Kate Prince about her journey, from starting Ancient + Brave at her kitchen table to building a multinational super brand and Sunday Times 7th fasted-growing business in the UK - all in just over 9 years.

We heard that regardless of what stage you are at, you need to believe in what you are doing, you need a little luck, and when those around you question or doubt you - keep to your course.

We'll be working with our friends at Brighton Chamber to put on a series of events like this to our local leaders and entrepreneurs, but equally as important - to the successful stories from our region 🚀
