We are pleased to provide the latest construction progress update for our Abbey Walk development in Coggeshall.

Work across the site continues to advance steadily, with several plots reaching important stages of completion:

Plot 1 - Second fix works have now been completed, and the external brickwork has been fully painted, giving the property a clear sense of its finished appearance.

Plots 2 & 3 - External rendering has been completed, significantly improving the overall aesthetic, while internal first fix works are now underway as progress moves forward inside the homes.

Plots 11 & 12 - Roofing works are now complete, marking a key milestone in the build programme. Window installations are expected to follow shortly, bringing these properties closer to being watertight.

It’s great to see visible progress across multiple phases of construction, with each plot steadily moving closer to completion.
