I won’t lie — seeing that SOLD STC go up is such a good feeling.

But honestly? This is where the real work begins.

Because between Sale Agreed and actually handing over those keys there is SO much that can happen — and having someone in your corner who genuinely cares can make all the difference.

For me that looks like picking up the phone to solicitors so you don’t have to, keeping on top of the paperwork so nothing gets missed, making sure you always know what’s happening and never feel left in the dark, keeping both buyer AND seller calm and moving forward, and spotting any problems early before they have a chance to derail everything.

I got into personal estate agency because I wanted to actually be there for people — not just at the exciting bit at the start but all the way through to completion day.
