🏠 NEW MICA REBUILD PROJECT UNDERWAY 🔨

We’re delighted to share that we have officially started a full rebuild of a home affected by MICA.

The existing house has now been carefully demolished, and the new foundations have been poured, meaning we’re ready to move forward at full steam ahead with the rebuild.

It’s great to see this project getting underway, and we’re looking forward to bringing the new home to life with quality workmanship, attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering a home the family can be proud of.

Onwards and upwards! 💪🏠

Great progress made on this project recently ✔️

The grey PVC soffit installation has now been completed along with the second fix joinery works throughout the house. The finish is coming together really well and the quality of workmanship from the team has been excellent throughout.

Our team has just completed a new roof installation on this charming old stone cottage 🏠

The structure is now fully prepped and ready for tin and PVC flat roofing to finish it off in style.

It’s always a pleasure bringing new life to historic homes while making sure they’re built to stand strong for years to come 💪🏽

Mica rebuild 👌

Another project completed to a high standard ✅

This one included:
🧱 Block work
🔨 New roof installation
🏠 Roof tiling completed
💧 New PVC fascia, soffits & guttering fitted
🪚 First fix and second fix works carried out
⚒️ Standing seam work completed with a clean modern finish

From start to finish, every detail was completed with quality workmanship and attention to detail 👌

Big day for the crew — we just added a massive new trailer to the fleet 🚛🔥

This beast is going to make hauling equipment and materials between sites a whole lot easier (and faster). Always good to level up the gear and keep things moving smoothly on the job.

Can’t wait to put it to work 💪🏗️
