Bit more of a personal post today.

Behind the estate agent. 🙋🏼‍♂️

In September 2021 I walked 100km in less than 24 hours with three of my best mates to raise money for Oxfam. 🚶

At the same time I bought an old work van and converted it into a campervan, we drove our home on wheels all the way to Africa in 2025. 🚐

In two months I will be become a father for the first time. 👶

A few weeks ago I launched my own property business with the goal to be the go to agent for honest, trust worthy no BS advice.

My advice to anyone - just go and do it, we’re only on this planet once, might aswell make the most of it. Honestly, what’s the worst that could happen?😊

Get your mortgage agreement in principle sorted and be clear on what you can comfortably afford — not just the maximum a lender may offer.

📝 Make a must-have list
Think about what you genuinely need from your next home. Number of bedrooms? Garden? Parking? Location? Separate these from the things that would simply be nice to have.

🔎 Research the area
Don’t just fall in love with the house. Look at local amenities, transport links, schools, commute times and anything else that matters to your lifestyle.
