May has been a month I won’t forget in a hurry 🙌🏼

Here’s what’s been happening at Axis…

🏢 Axis Commercial is live. Our first unit was leased without ever hitting the market - straight from socials. That’s what happens when you build the right audience. New faces joining the commercial team soon, and a lot more to follow over the next few weeks.

🏡 18 residential sales this month. Two completely off market.

📋 11 new listings already confirmed for June - and more in the pipeline. Including one around the £600k mark and a few in the £400ks.

📊 Over £11M on the market and under offer right now. With another £7M due to come on the market.

W1. Dundee… More on that very soon. 👀

And then there’s the thing I haven’t spoken about yet. I’m not ready to share it - but when I do, you’ll understand why I’ve kept it close. This one is HUGE.

Last 12 months have been the busiest of my life - a new business, a baby, and new house with a full refurb. But somewhere along the way the gym stopped. It’s the first time in my adult life I’ve not been consistently training. And it’s not good enough.

When I’m training, everything is better. Business clarity, energy, mental sharpness. All of it. I know that about myself.

Time to hold myself accountable.

Exciting things coming at Axis I can’t talk about just yet - but I want to show up for them feeling sharp.

Grateful for the record month we’ve had. But this is the reset. 💪
