We've been shortlisted! Our Tenant Advice Service has been shortlisted for both the Excellence in Health & Wellbeing Award and the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Scotland Housing Awards 2026.

We're also very pleased to share that Maureen Combe who leads our Sheltered Housing Team has been shortlisted for an Excellence in Leadership Award! 👏

The remarkable teams and dedicated professionals continuing to demonstrate a real commitment to the housing sector, delivering vital services and support to communities, have been recognised with the unveiling of the Scotland Housing Awards 2026 shortlist.

Today is Scottish Housing Day! 🏠💛

This year's theme is 'healthy homes, healthy futures' and that's something we work towards in a few different ways:

🏘️ Placemaking, to make Leith an even better place to live
💼 Employability support, because a good job can change everything
👵 Sheltered housing, to help people live well later in life
🏡 Tenant advice and sustainment, so people can stay settled in their homes

📢Nominations for our tenant and community awards close on Sunday 30 August 2026!

We are receiving lots of nominations for neighbours and community groups, and we'd like to see more nominations for young people and volunteers who are having a positive impact on their community. Do you have someone in mind? Please nominate them here: harbour.scot/awards

🏆Those up for an award will be invited with friends and family to a free community awards night on Wednesday 30 September. This will feature Leith’s Big Bingo Night, a community supper and prizes!
