Last week, we united teams from across RentLocally —including our offices, franchisees, and business partners—for our annual company-wide meeting.

There’s always something special about getting everyone together under one roof. Although our teams work across different locations, we all share the same commitment to providing exceptional service and supporting one another to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The day was filled with collaboration, new ideas, industry insights, and plenty of great conversations about the future of RentLocally. As we continue to grow, meetings like these are a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and ensure we remain connected as one team. Above all, they remind us that our people are at the heart of our success.

A huge thank you to John Blackwood from Scottish Association Of Landlords for joining us and providing a fascinating overview of the Scottish private rented sector. His insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the industry, along with the support SAL offers, sparked some fantastic discussions and plenty of questions from the team.

We would also like to thank Frankie Bishop from SafeDeposits Scotland for delivering an engaging session on tenancy deposit disputes across Scotland. The statistics, case studies, and practical advice provided valuable learning for everyone in the room.

Most importantly, thank you to every member of the RentLocally family for attending, contributing, and helping make the day such a success. The energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to share ideas demonstrated exactly why RentLocally has continued to grow since 2008.

We had a fantastic day on Friday at The Butterfly Trust 8th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Scotland Golf Day at Swanston Golf Club.

What a day it was! Ross, John, David and Andrew took to the course to represent RentLocally and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Unfortunately, no trophies or prizes made their way back to the office this year, but there's always next year!

A huge thank you to The Butterfly Trust for organising such a brilliant event and for all the incredible work they do. It was a pleasure to support such a worthwhile cause and charity.
