Another grade 2 listed project finished!

A client had a massive 4.5m opening with water leaking right through the wall from years of damage.

Previous builders left rusted steels with no damp-proof tray. Others walked away. We stepped in.

What We Did

-Removed the old window safely.
-Propped the whole structure.
-Fitted 3 brand new galvanized steels to structural specs.
-Installed a full DPM tray from inside to outside.
-Reinstated everything back to original standards under building control approval/ listed building.

We are proud to unveil the newest addition to the W-Symons Property Limited fleet. Our brand-new fully electric van is officially signed up, fully branded, and ready to hit the road across Devon and the South West!

This isn’t just an upgrade on wheels—it’s a massive milestone for our company. As we continue to grow and expand, we are pushing to level up our operations and bring our standard of building work to even more clients.

The ultimate Salcombe family retreat just got a major upgrade!

Part of this project we were tasked by our clients to transform three existing bathrooms into four luxury spaces, including a spectacular outdoor shower.

Collaborating closely with Stan Bolt Architects, this renovation required full structural changes, plus major plumbing and electrics. Built to survive generations of heavy family holidays, we didn’t compromise on durability or aesthetics. The pre-cast concrete slabs are secure, and we are pushing ahead with the next lift of Nudura to the wall plate.

By widening the original foundations following the existing floor plan and sections of walls to incorporate the Nudura XR-35 system, we’ve created a rock-solid foundation for what’s to come.
