We’ve just taken on the management of this city centre property for its new owners 🏡

It hasn’t had much maintenance in years, so we’re overseeing a full refresh:
• 3 apartments being renovated (new kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrics, fresh decor) • Communal area getting a proper tidy-up and repaint
Our job is to turn it into solid, comfortable, normal homes people will be happy to live in — right in the heart of Exeter. Practical, warm, and done properly.
