REAR DECK - FULLY ENCLOSED

We've had a few NEGATIVE COMMENTS on our adverts on Facebook regarding us not having enclosed outside space for dogs, so I thought I would clarify:

* The Bay does not allow owners to have fenced gardens

* our spacious front deck gets the sun all day and has post and rail type fencing - not dog secure if your pooch will wander

* our rear deck is fully enclosed, the fence is 112cm tall (the one in the photo) with 10cm gaps between the railings, no gate or gaps, so will be fully secure for most dogs (unless they jump or are teenie tiny)

* THE BEACH is five minutes walk away on a dedicated pedestrian path, to the 5 mile long beach that is dog friendly all year round

* THE CLIFF TOP PATH is 20 meters from the house (just behind the hedge in the photo)

* THE MEADOW walking area is also 20 meters from the house (ideal for first/last walk of the day/relief break)

Hope this helps anyone with dogs to assess suitability for your canine needs.

Recent question in the hot weather.....DO YOU HAVE FANS AT THE HOUSE?

YES WE DO.....all 3 bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans.

Today we've been cleaning them all and ensuring everything is working correctly.

They all have remote controls for ease of use 🙂
