Congratulations to the team at Glasgow University Charity Fashion Show - GUCFS for putting on another fantastic event and successful fundraiser 🥳! At BOHO, we are incredibly proud to have sponsored the event for this year's chosen charity Refuweegee.

Refuweegee are a Glasgow-based charity that has led the way in welcoming displaced people to Glasgow and Scotland and have donated over 10,000 welcome and emergency packs to arriving refugees and asylum seekers.

GUCFS are still tallying up the total funds raised which we will share soon 🤩

Today is International Women’s Day 🎉! IWD is a global day of celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It is also about raising awareness of the importance of women’s equality.

The IWD theme this year is which encourages everyone to be responsible for our own thoughts and actions. We can break the bias in our communities, in our workplaces, schools, colleges and universities.

Today there is a certain buzz felt around Glasgow as the world’s largest summit on the world’s largest issue begins 🌎.

The UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) will bring parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. At the same time, environmental activists from around the world are uniting to put pressure on political leaders and demand urgent action.

All of this is important for radical change to happen.

We hope that the next two weeks bring inspiration and positive, tangible actions for change to protect and save our world.
