Meet Victoria McGrath – our new Office Manager!

Victoria brings a wealth of experience from her background in estate agency, giving her a real understanding of the challenges and stresses that can come with moving home. Her knowledge of the property industry, combined with her friendly and approachable manner, helps guide clients through the process with confidence and reassurance.
Victoria shares our core values and plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both clients and surveyors throughout their journey.

Whether coordinating appointments, answering enquiries, or helping to keep everything on track behind the scenes, she is an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the local area, and making the most of everything Yorkshire has to offer.

Enchantica's has launched a Christmas Community Entertainment Program for this year's Harrogate Christmas Fayre, aiming to celebrate local talent and bring festive cheer to the town centre.

One week in.. LionHeart are a charity that have supported members (and families) of the RICS for 125 years, as such our Chartered Surveyors Leslie, Daniel and Stefan are aiming to raise money for the charity through a combination of walking, cycling and running 125 miles in June. More information in our bio.. (no idea what that means) 🤔
