You can use a water intake tracking app or get one of those bottles that remind you to drink every hour to keep up with your water intake.

Sleep โ€“ Making sleep a part of your Wellbeing Wednesday routine is a great way to improve your health, but sometimes getting at least seven hours is easier said than done. If you need a little bit of help getting to sleep on time, try doing some yoga or reading before bed to quiet your mind. Moving can be stressful, here are a few tips to help you with your big move.

- Pack an essential box so all your essential items are all in one place and easy to find.
- Give yourself plenty of time to pack all your belongings, start packing up unessential items first.
- Label all boxes with which room they're due to go to, and a description of what's inside.
- Put screws and bolts from bits of furniture in freezer bags. Then stick the bag to the relevant bit of furniture with tape.
- Move your furniture into the new house first. Otherwise you'll end up moving boxes around again to make room.
- Make sure there are lightbulbs. You don't want to have to go to the shops mid-move or not notice until suddenly it's too dark.
