It is not simply about what you own or how much you earn.

For me, success is having choices.

Choice over my time.

Choice over the work I pursue.

Choice to travel.

Choice to spend time with the people who matter.

And the ability to spend more of my life doing work that genuinely fulfils me.

That is the kind of success I am interested in.

Different cities and different rooms full of people at different stages of their journey.

What I enjoy most about these days is not simply standing at the front and speaking.

It is meeting people afterwards.

Hearing where they are.

What they are struggling with.

What they want to change.

And hopefully giving them something that helps them move forward.

When people hear “social housing”, they often think only about the property.

I think about the person who needs the home.

The family under pressure.

The person trying to rebuild their life.

The individual who needs somewhere safe and stable before anything else can begin to improve.

That is why this part of property has always interested me.

There is a real housing problem to solve, and I believe landlords and investors can be part of that solution when it is done properly.

We need more than properties. We need better housing.

A lot of landlords are not short of experience.

The problem is that experience can sometimes make you too attached to what used to work.

The market changes. Regulations change. Tenant expectations change. New models emerge.

That does not mean you abandon everything you know. It means you stay willing to adapt.

Sometimes the biggest risk is not trying something new.
It is holding onto an old strategy for too long.

The truth is, I can make more money through property development than I do through speaking or teaching.

But this work gives me something different.

It gives me the opportunity to help someone see a way forward when they feel stuck, whether that is financially, emotionally or in a business that is no longer working for them.

Property is part of what I do.

Helping people change their lives is why I do it.

That is the work that fulfils me.
