Well, what a fabulous (if not a little too hot!) bank holiday weekend that was! I was, as expected with the weather forecast and the fact that it was also the start of the school holidays, very quiet on the viewings front so I made the most of it and took 2 days off and spent some much needed time off with my partner. I hope you all enjoyed it too and didn't get sunburned!

I have made up for it today with a manic day getting my Sales Progression up to date, doing a viewing in Ossett, booking in 4 valuation appointments, chatting to another lady about a 5th when her current contract expires as she isn't happy with her current agent and I have been recommended, and writing an advert for new listing coming to market very soon in East Ardsley - sneak preview to follow!

I am also helping a lovely vendor prep for his home in Swillington coming to market soon too - look out for a good sized 2 bed detached bungalow coming in June!

My valuation diary is now closed for this week & month - but I do have a couple of slots available next week and plenty the week after so if you are looking to move do contact me to see how my 1:1 service can help.
