We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Branch Support Manager to become the driving force behind our Boston Spa office.

If you're a confident problem-solver who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly, enjoys supporting a busy team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Role:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the office is always presented to the highest standard
Oversee office supplies, stock management, and general facilities
Support the branch team with administration, diary management, and day-to-day organisation
Work closely with our marketing team to prepare and launch property marketing campaigns
Assist with property listings and marketing administration
Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, buyers, and sellers
Confidently refer clients to associated services including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and removal companies
Maintain compliance documentation and legal paperwork, particularly for new homes
Act as the first point of contact for office troubleshooting, IT queries, and problem resolution
Support the Branch Manager with business development activities
Identify and resolve issues before they become complaints or obstacles to the wider team
Provide occasional Saturday office cover when required

Benefits:

Competitive salary of ยฃ26,500โ€“ยฃ28,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
