Wall taken down, bricks cleaned, wall rebuilt using the original bricks, to a standard height across, site cleared, and the garden returned to licensing standard and once again safe for the tenants 4 year old child to play in, all in 2.5 days. Within 3 days we had taken down the wall, cleaned up the bricks, rebuilt the wall to a standard height across, using the original bricks and copings, cleared the site and returned the garden to a safe and usable space for the tenants and their young children.

Inheriting property can be a real windfall, but also often poses the dilema of whether to sell as is or modernise first.

Originally our client put their inherited detatched bungalow straight to market for £275k. After 6 weeks on the market, and ample viewings, it became obvious it wasn't going to be a fast sell. The property was dated and tired, and potential buyers were put off by the thought of doing the work.
