At Enterprise West Lindsey, we’ve delivered a new 18,000 sq ft headquarters for LincFrame Roof Trusses Ltd, with AMS Build Concrete also joining the development with their new HQ. 🏢

We’ve officially started work on freshening up our beloved old pub in in Skellingthorpe - Richard Betts Painters and Decorators are working their magic, giving the exterior a well-needed spruce up and we’ve also tidied up the car park to smarten up the whole site.

We're still looking for commercial proposals and are open to a wide range of revenue-generating ideas including:
• Full lease to a pub/restaurant operator
• Kitchen lease & pop-ups
• Events & private hire venue
• Other commercial uses

📌 Key requirement: The proposal must be backed up with financial projections and a business plan.

We’re delighted to have been invited to the official opening of Oakbridge School next month - a specialist education project we delivered for Kedleston Group in Handsworth! 🏫

The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of a former secondary school, transforming it into a purpose-designed specialist learning environment for autistic pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4.

We’re looking forward to seeing the finished spaces fully moved into and it'll be great to see the building brought to life! 📚✨

We’re proud to share that our Commercial Assistant, Logan, will be starting his Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship - Quantity Surveyor Pathway at Nottingham Trent University next month. 🎓

The four-year course marks an exciting next step in Logan’s career, allowing him to continue developing his skills and knowledge alongside his role at Stirlin.

We’re committed to supporting the growth and development of our team and creating opportunities for our people to progress within the construction industry. 💙

We’re proud to be working on a new bespoke residential project for a private client at their Lincolnshire home. 🏡

Here's a throwback to one of our favourite private residential projects that we completed in 2017 - The Man Cave.

Working closely with the client, we designed and delivered a bespoke garden building with a fully fitted kitchen, seating area and entertaining space, to act as the ultimate ‘man cave’. 🍻

We’re looking forward to sharing more from our latest residential project as it progresses!

Big milestone - We've successfully completed the works on the new HQ for TCF Group & Juicesauzdistribution in Lincoln! 🏢

Delivered over a fast-track programme, the project has transformed the existing premises into a modern new HQ incorporating high-quality office accommodation, production facilities, laboratory and welfare areas, creating a space designed to support the client's continued growth and evolving operational needs.

It’s been fantastic to work with TCF Group and Heronswood Design Ltd to bring the scheme to life - this is a great example of local businesses collaborating to deliver projects within the region and we’re proud to have been selected as trusted construction partner. 💙

New project announcement...

We’re delighted to have been appointed to deliver a stunning new office development in Lincolnshire for a private client. 🏢✨

The project is a high-quality traditional stone office building with a pantile roof, designed LK2 Architects, creating a striking new head office that reflects the heritage and character of the surrounding countryside. 🌳

From the ground up, Stirlin will be responsible for delivering the project, bringing our extensive experience in commercial construction to ensure a high-quality finish, efficient delivery and close collaboration with the wider design team throughout.

Here's a sneak peek at the new luxury glamping pods at Sherwood Forest Holiday Park!🏕️🌳

We recently completed the infrastructure works for 22 new glamping pods for our valued client, Torksey Caravans - including groundworks, drainage, services, a new access road, EV charging infrastructure and landscaping - it’s fantastic to now see the pods being installed and the project really coming to life.
