We’re extremely proud to announce that a road at our new development, The Vickers in Ingham, will be named Baker Way in memory of our much-loved colleague and friend, Simon Baker. ❤️🏡

Simon sadly passed away last year following a battle with Motor Neurone Disease. He was a hugely valued member of the Stirlin team and someone who made a lasting impact on everyone who had the pleasure of working with him.

Simon also had a personal connection to Ingham, having grown up and attended primary school there. Naming Baker Way in his honour feels a fitting tribute and ensures his memory will forever remain part of a community we are proud to be creating.

This announcement means a great deal to all of us and to Simon’s family and we hope it serves as a lasting reminder of the incredible person he was. A legacy that will live on for generations to come. ✨

A second road within the development will be named Masovian Close, relating to the Polish airmen who were stationed locally during WW2, preserving the rich heritage of the site. ✈️

We've reached a major milestone at The Vickers, Ingham! 🏡✨

The specialist site preparation works at the development are now complete, meaning the site is ready for construction to begin on 34 premium new homes in the heart of Lincolnshire's countryside. 🌳

Working in collaboration with Sanctus, extensive work has taken place behind the scenes to prepare the site for its exciting transformation into a brand-new community.

As well as improving the connection between the development and the village, the path also provides easier access to the popular nearby woodland walks - it’s fantastic to already see local residents and their four-legged friends making good use of it! 🐾🌳
